Updated for 2019 to be more durable and to diversify the edge offerings with an 8mm and 6mm edge!

The Block might be the single most useful block of wood Tension has ever made. Simply put, it’s a block of wood with an assortment of edges, pinches, pockets, and little crimps. Once you start using it you’ll realize that there is a lot more than meets the eye. Use them individually or in pairs to pick weight up off the floor, hang them from the ceiling, attach to a cable machine, pull against your own foot, combine with resistance bands… the possibilities are endless… Oh yeah, all the grips are immediately adjustable to be sloped, flat, or incut!

Weight 1 lbs

Fantastic for travel!

I travel a fair amount for work, and my climbing conditioning always slows down while I'm away from the gym. I've been taking this on short trips and keeping my finger strength from dipping too much by doing basic finger exercises with one arm at a time. If you have to spend time away from the gym or crag, I definitely recommend this. Mine is literally in my suitcase right now, as I'm flying out again tomorrow morning.
