Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@climbsource.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, or safety equipment), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

No returns on climbing and safety equipment

For your safety and the safety of others we cannot accept returns on any climbing safety equipment after it has been shipped from our location. This includes but is not limited to harnesses, climbing ropes, carabiners, belay devices, rock protection, ascending gear, helmets, ice tools, pulleys, anchors and or any other tool manufactured for safety. If you have any further questions about certain items, whether or not they could be classified as safety equipment, please reach out to us through our instant messenger icon or email us at info@climbsource.com.

Please be certain of your purchase before you place your order for climbing and or safety equipment.

We will accept returns on oversized items that were purchased on climbsource.com. Shipping oversized items such as oversized items can be costly. Since we cover the shipping cost to have the pad delivered to you, we would ask you to cover the shipping costs for the return. In order for a return to be accepted, All labels must still be attached and the pad must be in brand new condition. If the item has visual signs of use or is missing tags the crash pad will be returned at the customers expense and no refund will be issued.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We unfortunately cannot accept exchanges on climbing safety equipment, food, or skin care products, or flammable liquids. If you purchased an item that does not fall under those categories and it is still in brand new condition, with its tags, we will accept an exchange for store credit.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You will be charged for return shipping fees, these will be deducted from you total return value.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
