Shipping Policies

As of March 26th, 2020, UPS has suspended Late Delivery claims due to an inability to guarantee delivery times due to COVID-19 for any label purchased after that date.

As of April 17th, 2020, USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts.

Your order is very important to us! We make every effort to deliver your order in a reasonable and timely manner. We deliver some Items from different locations. Depending on where our shipping departments are located in the country you may receive only a part of your order sooner. You can identify that your order is being shipped from another  location by the two separate tracking numbers shared on your receipt.


Shipping costs

All carrier services determine their shipping rates  based on weight, dimensions and location of  delivery. During promotions which may include free shipping, It is important to note that free shipping is excluded on all items that fall under the oversized item category. For more details please refer to oversize item section below this section in our shipping policy. Shipping rates are determined distributors and or carriers. Climb Source reserves the right to adjust shipping costs based on item weight, dimensions or location of deliver at any time. If there is a change in shipping cost after the customer has already checked out, they will be notified of the changes and await approval from the customer before delivering the ordered items.

Most orders are shipped the next business day after we receive your order.

Depending on the item ordered, orders received either Thursday or Fridays, after 12 p.m. central time, or over the weekend, will process and ship on the following Monday or business day. Though we try ship your order on the day we receive the order you should expect your orders to take anywhere between 2-10 days before arriving at your door. Orders placed after 12pm Monday through Wednesday will be fulfilled the following business day. There may be exceptions to these shipping times during holidays or pandemic measures that must be adhered to.

Shipping can take up to Ten business days. Orders should be received at Climb Source by 12 p.m. central time to ensure delivery on that day. Please note that Weekend delivery is not available for USPS or Overnight shipments.


It is our goal to ship all orders complete and on time. Occasionally we will have an unplanned back-order or out of stock situation. If this happens we will contact you via email or phone call to offer of a comparable substitute product.

Shipping and delivery times stated are only on business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

Oversize Items
All oversize/bulky items are excluded from free shipping offers. A $65 flat rate fee will be charged on any items that fall within this category. Examples of oversize items include Crash Pads, Portaledges, etc. You can Identify whether an item falls in the oversized category before checking out on the check out page. Climb Source limits shipping of oversized items to the continental US and Canada. If you purchase an item that is considered oversized outside of the continental US or Canada, Climb Source will contact you to inform you of our oversize item policy before canceling your order.

Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide.

The responsibility is yours to check with your country's customs office to verify that your products can clear customs.

We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship your order to the exact address that you provide. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an international order, and errors here could cause a delivery delay or rejection. We will give you the best service and ship it very quickly at the rates that we have agreed to on our site - you pay actual shipping charges based on the weight, dimensions, and location the package is delivered.

All purchases and shipments outside of the continental US will be charged shipping rates based on package weight, dimensions and location of delivery. These shipping rates are chosen at discretion the international carrier.

If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. The vast majority of orders make it through customs without any problems, and most orders that are stopped are automatically returned to us. You may be responsible for any return shipping charges, in accordance with your local regulations."

By ordering from, you are stating that you agree to the above disclaimer. While we rarely have problems with international shipments, if there is a problem with your order, we will work hard to find a solution as quickly as possible.

Note: International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported to your country. When ordering from, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once a shipment enters the country.

Most foreign customers are not charged additional shipping fees when they receive their shipment, though sometimes, additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. If you do get charged an additional fee, the carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these charges, or if an order is rejected by customs due to item restrictions, or if the order is returned because the local post is unable to locate your address, we can refund you for the cost of the products (which does not include any shipping or return shipping fees) once the package is returned and processed by our warehouse. Please note that packages returned by customs can sometimes take a very long time to return, and in extreme circumstances can take as long as one year.
